1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Lucrido (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions
“Client” — the individual or entity engaging Lucrido for services.
“Services” — digital marketing, software development, AI solutions, mobile app development, and any related deliverables as described in a statement of work or proposal.
“Deliverables” — any code, designs, reports, or assets created for the Client during the engagement.
3. Services & Scope
Lucrido will provide the services detailed in the respective agreement or proposal. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing (email accepted) and may affect timelines and costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by us.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the services, the Client owns all Deliverables created specifically for them. Lucrido retains the right to use generic code libraries, frameworks, and pre‑existing intellectual property used in the project. The Client agrees that Lucrido may display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All fees are non‑refundable except as explicitly stated. Taxes and third‑party costs (e.g., hosting, ad spend) are additional unless included in the quote.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This clause survives termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lucrido shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. The Client remains responsible for payments for work completed up to the termination date. We may terminate immediately if the Client breaches these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (Noida).
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
